The Mayor’s Tuition-Free Community College Plan will now be expanded to include HiSET/GED/METCO graduates in the upcoming spring 2018 semester. The eligibility for the HiSET/GED/Metco remains the same as graduates of BPS/charter/private schools except for the GPA requirement for HiSET/GED graduates.
